What this covers

This policy covers the public pages of otlcreative.com and its Stay Notified lists. It does not cover the custom work request form at requests.otlcreative.com, separate OTL Creative project sites, or any other site you reach from a link here.

What we collect

When you join a Stay Notified list, we keep your email address and the list you picked. To manage that choice we also keep the dates you subscribed, resubscribed, or unsubscribed, which form the signup came from, whether your confirmation email went out, and a private unsubscribe token that makes the link in your emails work.

We do not add your IP address or browser details to your subscriber record.

If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how the site is used in general. It reports anonymous, aggregated activity such as which pages were visited, where visitors came from, approximate location, browser, operating system, device type, and time of visit. It does not use third-party cookies. Vercel describes these analytics data points as anonymous and not associated with an individual or IP address. We do not connect them to your email address. The unsubscribe page is left out of analytics entirely.

How we use it

We use what we collect to

• keep the lists you chose
• send your signup confirmation and the project updates you asked for
• record and honor unsubscribes
• reply when you write to us
• run, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the site
• meet legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell personal information. We do not use or share email addresses for anyone else's marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising. Joining one list does not add you to the other.

Who helps us run the site

A few service providers handle information for us.

• Vercel hosts the site and provides the anonymous analytics described above.
• Supabase stores the subscriber records.
• Resend delivers the confirmation and project emails.

Each of them processes information on our behalf under its own terms and privacy commitments. Outside of those providers, we share information only when reasonably necessary to comply with the law, answer a lawful request, prevent harm or misuse, or protect the rights and safety of OTL Creative and others.

Your email choices

You decide whether to join either list. Every project update carries an unsubscribe link. You can leave one list and stay on the other, or email us to stop all OTL Creative project emails at once.

If an unsubscribe link ever fails, reply to the email or write to hello@otlcreative.com and we will take you off as soon as we can.

How long we keep it

While you are subscribed, we keep your record. After you unsubscribe, we keep a small record of that choice so we can honor it and not add you back by mistake. We may also keep delivery records, correspondence, and similar limited records for as long as we reasonably need them for operations, security, legal obligations, or resolving a dispute.

You can ask us to delete your information. We may keep a limited record where the law requires it or where we need it to document and honor an unsubscribe.

Your requests

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information tied to your email address, and you can withdraw consent for project emails at any time. Email hello@otlcreative.com. We may ask you to confirm the address is yours before we act.

Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights. We will respond to those requests as the law requires.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This site and its lists are not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.

Where information is processed

OTL Creative is based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries whose privacy laws differ from your own.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site and our practices change. When we do, we will change the date at the top.
